Did you see us on the news? This week, our story was featured on 7 News! This segment, in particular, was so important to us because it highlighted one of the major issues we're trying to address here at Pleasant State: indoor air pollution.
Everyday cleaning products are making many of us sick. In fact, research conducted by the University of Melbourne* found that a third of people experience migraine headaches or asthma attacks when exposed to the artificial fragrances found in consumer products such as air fresheners, cleaning products, laundry supplies, and personal care items. And that's just one of the harmful ingredients commonly found in everyday cleaning products.
It was our CEO and Co-founder Ami's own health issues that motivated us to start Pleasant State. We soon realized that this problem wasn't limited to Ami alone. Since then, we have helped thousands of our customers create a healthier and happier living environment at home.
