Great can get replacement parts
All my pumps have stopped working before the first bottle was used. About 1/3 to a half used 🥴Both pumps just became stuck. Thought it may have been a blockage but nothing rectified the problem.I had just put them aside and unfortunately had to go back to purchasing others.

The issue of hand wash pumps malfunctioning is not unique to Pleasant State but rather a global challenge in the sustainability space. One of the most common causes is that the pump is clogged. When this happens, we recommend removing the filter and giving it a warm rise. We understand this may feel unnatural for now, so we are releasing a video to guide customers on maintaining and fixing clogged hand wash pumps.
In the meantime, we will reach out to you via email for the replacement pump. We have done a few iterations of the hand wash pump and the new batch should be better and more reliable.

The pump works well but is sometimes tricky if it isn’t in perfect alignment.
Love this pump...distributes just the right amount without wasting the product !
Bought a replacement pump because I have 2 hand soaps and one gives an amazing foam and one no longer does but this one seems to be the same as the one that I replaced
